Sarah Noll Wilson
Sarah Noll Wilson fully embraces a philosophy of play with a
purpose. By grounding her lively presentations in research and data,
she emboldens her audience to connect with their limitless potential.
Above all else, Sarah is passionate about helping human resource
professionals, leadership teams, and business network associates
live and lead intentionally.
Her confidence in her own struggles help her encourage others to
embrace and find the greatness in theirs. With more than 13 years
of talent development experience, Sarah has extensive experience
helping leaders harness their power to influence others in a positive
way. She also owns her own Leadership Development Consulting and
Coaching company and also serves as the Talent and Development
Manager at ARAG.
Sarah holds a Master’s Degree from Drake University specializing in
Adult Learning and Organizational Performance and a BA from the
University of Northern Iowa in Theatre Performance and Theatre
Education. Sarah is also an adjunct professor at Drake University
where she teaches graduate classes on leadership development, and
has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Northern Iowa’s
School Of Business. She is a trained Leadership Coach and working
on her certification in Conversational Intelligence.
